Let the wine in the sauce does not bother you; the alcohol in the process will completely evaporate; there will be only a subtle note of taste and aroma.

INGREDIENTS:

  • fettuccine – 400 g;
  • shrimp – 450 g;
  • vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • butter – 2 teaspoons;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • dry white wine – 100 ml;
  • cream – 2 cups;
  • cheese – 50 g;
  • salt, pepper, herbs, paprika – to taste.

PREPARATION:

Put the pasta to boil until tender. Thaw the shrimp if necessary, clean and dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add paprika or other spices.

We fry in a pan with a little vegetable oil.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 0.5 kg large raw shrimp;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 1/2 hot chili pepper;
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 30 g butter;
  • salt to taste.

PREPARATION:
